WordPress内容标签自动添加内链链接方法

从SEO角度看，如果内容中使用内链会提高内容的关联度，让搜索引擎蜘蛛抓取更通畅。一般我们会通过手动的方式文章之间的内链，但是有些时候特别的TAG关键字最好也加上内链。这个如果我们手工添加就显得麻烦，这里我们直接用自动方法实现。

将下面的代码添加至functions.php中，$match_num_from和$match_num_to分别表示一个标签在文章中出现少于多少次不添加链接和一篇文章中同一个标签添加几次链接：
